Lake Esperance
A fascinating walk through woodland and snowgums, up to the high country where cushion plants and ancient King Billy pines encircle the lake. This is the first part of Hartz Peak walk.
Easy grade, 1.5 - 2 hours return. (National Park entry fees apply)
Access: from Geeveston take road C632 for 21 km to the national park. Continue 13 km until the road ends. Road is unsealed and can be covered with snow.
